Frivolous real estate appraiser

I am a hardworking business person, former artist - trying my best to tread water in this economic slump. Always thought if I had a blog it would be philosophical, clever and/or creative. Wrong, my 1st blog is to serve as a public service announcement. Spouse and I have worked very hard to get what we have and have a great deal of pride in our 800+ credit score and pristine home(s). During the refinance process of our home we had the unfortunate experience of an appraiser named Neil Jablon submit a frivolous appraisal of our home. Even a clerk at the bank office could not understand why the value was almost 40% less than mortgage.com. I will be taking the time to file a real estate appraiser violation complaint with the Arizona Board of Appraisal. I am on a campaign to give this man the extra stress and paperwork he is responsible for giving me based on his frivolous appraisal and I encourage anyone else who has had this experience with him to do the same.
